Bentley is reportedly readying a new sports car concept for the 2012 Paris Motor Show as an homage to the brand’s sporting heritage. The British car maker might be synonymous with luxury these days, but they have a long and glorious motorsport history. They just realized they need to get back to it.

There are no details available yet on this Paris-bound concept car, apart from the fact that it’s a luxury sports car with an all-new design that could very well be the new look of Bentley cars. With the EXP 9 SUV receiving a well-deserved kicking from car experts and enthusiasts alike everywhere it goes, and the Continental starting to age, Bentley does need a fresh new face for its future products.

Let’s hope the man responsible for the EXP is not in charge for this new car. Let’s hope he’s sacked.
