The new Jaguar XFR-S was unveiled yesterday at the Los Angeles Auto Show, putting up a fight for the BMW M5 and all the AMG saloon cars. It’s a normal XFR sent to a special tarning camp to gain new capabilities. Judging by what we see in this promo video, the training has worked and the XFR-S seems ready to take on any rival.

There are a couple of things we are not sure about the XFR-S though. First, that rear spoiler. It probably works great aerodynamically, but it doesn’t fit somehow and makes the whole car look kinda stupid. It also doesn’t feel special enough. After all, the XFR-S is the ultimate version of the ultimate version of the XF.

Jaguar XFR-S is priced at £79,995 in the UK and near as makes no difference $100,000 in the U.S.
