Before you watch this video you have to know about the story behind it. It all began with a MotorTrend comparison test that put the new Viper against the Corvette ZR1. The Viper was demolished by the ‘Vette then. So they came up with this Time attack version, limited to just 33 units, and they went back to Laguna Seca to re-stage the battle. You can almost call this car the MotorTrend edition.

The SRT Viper has the same power and interestingly the same tires as the normal Viper. Where it’s different is the suspension setup. It now boasts a more track-focused system with Bilstein components. It is also a tiny bit lighter, has bigger Brembo brakes, and a subtle aero kit. The TA also has a Crusher Orange paint job that makes it look faster!
