TECHART’s latest project is a thorough tuning package for the Porsche Cayenne S Diesel, the V8 version. It includes a new aerodynamics package and the powerkit TA 058/SD1 which provides on-demand power increase at the touch of a button.
Once activated, the clever software system boosts the output of the 4.2 liter V8 diesel engine by 28 kW (38 hp) and 100 Nm, up to a total 420 hp and 950 Nm of torque. With that colossal torque, the Cayenne V8 S will can do the 0-100 km/h in 5.2 seconds – half a second quicker than the standard – and reach a top speed of 256 km/h.
That kind of performance needs a mighty body kit, not just for aerodynamic purposes, but also to show off its the inner power a bit. So TECHART provides the Cayenne with a package consisting of front spoiler, side skirts, rear spoiler, integrated diffuser and two reflectors. You can choose between different designs from TECHART’s catalog.
The tuner also hooks you up with a wide range of wheels; from Formula light alloy wheels in 20- to 23-inch, TECHART Formula II light alloy wheels in 22- and 23-inch, as well as weight reduced TECHART Formula III forged wheels in 21- and 22-inch. You can even go for the Formula II GTR and Formula III forged wheels in ceramic burnished finish.
As for the interior, the treatment begins with finest leather upholstery and custom color upholstery, and continues with multifunctional sport steering wheel with TECHART shift paddles, TECHART W2 entertainment package, and even a mini bar.
