A while ago Porsche introduced a special edition version of the Porsche 911 Carrera to celebrate the brand’s 50th anniversary. Aptly named the 50th Anniversary Edition, that car comes with a number of extras that makes the 911 more special, but the production is limited to 1963 units. Which is why Porsche is now offering the goodies as a package for all 911s.
This is actually a better deal than buying the special edition version. That car is only available as the Carrera S, and costs £92,257, in Germany at 121,119 EUR, and in the US at $124,100. The package is priced at just 4,911 EUR, and you can have it with both normal and S versions.
Mind you, you don’t get some of the visual features such as the high-gloss window frames and SportDesign exterior mirrors, two unique colors available for the 50th Anniv. Edition (Graphite Grey and a lighter Geyser Grey metallic), and the bespoke chrome stripes on the engine cover.
But you do get all the awesome features that make a real difference in the ownership experience, including the Sport Chrono Package, special leather seats, parking assist system front and rear, and the brilliant Porsche Communication Management with one of the best navigation systems available right now.
