One of the highlights of Top Gear Series 20 was, without a doubt, the review of Lamborghini Sesto Elemento by Richard Hammond. Now TG releases some behind-the-scene footage of the Sesto’s lap time at Dunsfold, where Jeremy Clarkson and James May got to sample this amazing machine.

So, let’s see what the other two think about the sixth element. Jezza seems to be having a massive hangover, although the speed of the Sesto does makes it a little bit better.

The $3 million Lamborghini Sesto Elemento is, in essence, a stripped-out Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera with almost all the panels replaced with carbon fiber and plastic. As a result, it is incredibly light, and as a result of that, it is incredibly fast. Lambo will make 20 units of this ridiculously awesome toy, and the fact that they got it on Top Gear is probably because they are struggling to find people mad enough to shell out that kind of money for a car that doesn’t even have a dashboard!
