Callaway, the tuner of all thing made by General Motors, announced the launch of a bespoke upgrade program for the new Chevrolet SS performance sedan. The 2014 Callaway Chevrolet SS, or just Callaway SS in short, gets a thorough tuning program in which the output of its V8 engine is boosted from 415 to 570 horsepower.

That huge gain in power was made possible by employing an Eaton TVS supercharger system, liquid-to-air intercooler, high-flow fuel injectors, high flow intake system, and low restriction exhaust system. Callaway is so sure of the quality of their work, they give it a 3 year/36,000 mile limited warrant.

With 570 bhp and 535 lb-ft of torque, the Callaway Chevrolet SS can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds and run the quarter mile in 12.4 sec @ 110 mph.

Other bits and pieces that come with a Callaway SS include exclusive badging inside and out, embroidered floor mats and Callaway keyfobs.
