Following footsteps of its sister company Rolls-Royce, Bentley is now offering bespoke models designed exclusively for the Middle East market, namely Dubai. Unveiled at the Dubai Motor Show, this is the Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen inspired, well, by a local bird.
We’re not kidding. Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen is named after an Arabian eagle with deep cultural significance in the region. The Tungsten over Onyx paint job on this Mulsanne, as well its bespoke interior featuring Magnolia and Beluga leather and Dark Stained Burr Walnut Veneer, are all inspired by the colors of Shaheen Eagle.
The car also comes with unique Shaheen logos and a Mulliner package adding 21-inch wheels, sport suspension and steering, extra Flying B badges on the wings, and a whole host of high-end features such as iPads, picnic tables, WiFi hotspots, and tinted glass sunroof.
Mechanically, the Bentley Mulsanne Shaheen is the same as normal models, which is to say equipped with a massive 6.75 liter V8 engine with 520 PS and over a 1000 Nm of torque. The Mulliner sport suspension combined with this power results in an unforgettable drive. Not that it matters really, because that Shaheen badge is enough to guarantee it is going to be a hit in Dubai.
