Just in time for winter, Suzuki announces new VAT-free deals on the little Alto in the British market. Thanks to this campaig, all four Alto SZ models are again available at £5,999 representing a £1,200 saving on list price. This is low cost motoring at its best.
Suzuki Alto is not the best mini car out there, but with it represents seriously good value for money for a car that costs below six grand. What’s more, it will cost you almost nothing to run as well. The car’s CO2 emissions of 99g/km, combined fuel consumption of 65.7mpg and an insurance group rating of 4E means your wallet is going to be a happy one throughout your ownership of this vehicle.
While your wallet will be happy, you will probably need some consolation. The Alto is not a looker, and it is rather slow. But hey, you are only paying 6 grand for it. Being an SZ model, it comes with front electric windows, central locking and CD Tuner as standard equipment.
Suzuki is also offering interesting contract deals on the Alto, making the car available for a deposit of just £779 followed by 41 monthly payments of £99 with the option to pay a final balloon payment of £2,352 at the end of the agreement to keep the car.
