The one they brought along this time is a Hennessey Corvette Stingray fitted with the naturally-aspirated HPE600 package.
So let’s see what the Stingy can do if you give it an extra 140 ponies. The HPE600 C7 Corvette accelerates form 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and does the quarter mile in 11.3 seconds at 127 mph.
So this settles the top speed argument. The Hennessey Corvette Stingray is officially a 200 mph car. Hennessey is also working on 700 and 800 horsepower kits for the Stingray, while preparing a diet 500-hp version for those who are very confident with their skills.
