Damac Properties, a real estate developer in Dubai, announced they are giving away a free Lamborghini Aventador with to every customer who purchases a penthouse in their Damac Maison project on Dubai Mall Street. This offer is part of the company’s Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) promotion.

Damac Maison, the firm’s first service hotel apartment project designed by German architects Koschany & Zimmer, is located in the Burj area of Dubai. The penthouses in this project are far more luxurious that Damac’s more ‘ordinary’ developments, the prices of which start from around $1.2 million. Still, not a bad deal when you receive a $400K Lamborghini for free.

During the festival season the buyers of cheaper properties will also be given a free BMW or MINI depending on the size of the property they purchase.

This is not the first time that Damac uses exotic car to attract customers to their premier estate properties. In 2013 penthouse buyers in other projects were given an Audi R8, while the buyers of three bedroom flats scored an A8. And like this, two bedroomers were given an Audi A6 and one bed got an Audi A4. More exquisite gifts like free Lamborghini are reserved for the buyers of the premium projects such as Maison.
