Attention small boys – and big boys with mental age of small boys. Lamborghini has launched an official online configurator for the new Huracan supercar. It’s time to get busy trying every single available color, and there are 19 of them, on the car to see which one suits our dreams better. We’ve already had a go and you can see the result above.
Lamborghini Huracan Configurator only offers two wheel designs, both 20-inchers, but you can choose what color brake calipers you like. You can have them in black, silver, red, orange or yellow. You can also choose a transparent or a black engine cover, if don’t want anybody to see your V10. As for the interior, you can choose between two-tone design themes, and between leather and Alcantara for your upholstery.
Whatever color combo you go for, there is only one powertrain option for the Lamborghini Huracan. It’s a 5.2 liter V10 unit developing 610 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque, channeled to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that provides fast and crisp changes. In comparison, the Aventador’s ‘box is single-clutch, so the Huracan is sort of more advanced.
The Huracan accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and on to a top speed of 325 km/h. Pricing is yet to be confirmed, but seeing as the Huracan competes with the likes of Ferrari 458 and Porsche 911 Turbo, it is going to be dear.
