A bunch of official photos of the all-new 2015 Subaru Legacy has hit the web, revealing the mid-size sedan in all its glory ahead of its public debut at the Chicago Auto Show. Well, we say glory, but misery would be a better word. The truth is, the new Legacy does not look very nice.
That is a shame, because we were led to believe – from seeing the concept cars and the Japanese Levorg – that the 2015 Subaru Legacy would be quite a looker. To be fair, it does have some resemblance to the magnificent Levorg, but somehow it has no sparkle, no pop. Maybe it’s that bland silver color that makes the whole thing look so dull, but still, not a good effort Subaru.
The same applies to the interior, where you find a decidedly agricultural design. It really isn’t a nice place to spend time in, but even in the pictures you can tell it is made from tough and durable material. Quality oozes from every panel. If only it wasn’t so dark and soulless.
