The unveiling of the new Mercedes S-Class Coupe immediately got the designers wondering about an open-top version. Mercedes is said to be working on such a thing, but that’s going to take a while. So designer fired up their Pshop and took matters into their own hands.
This is the result of one of these efforts, and as you can see it looks properly awesome. There is of course more to this car than just being a drop-top version of the S-Coupe. It also features a complete body kit, aftermarket wheels, and a sports grille.
Mercedes-Benz, of course, already has a four-seater cabriolet based on the E-Class. And while that is a very fine car and can even be had with a V8 engine, it is no S-Class. To experience the ultimate open-top luxury motoring, you are going to need this Mercedes S-Class Cabrio.
If the Coupe version is any indications, the S-Class Cabriolet is going to be so full of features and equipment, and boast such high level of sophistication, to become a rival for the Rolls-Royce Drophead.
