As promised through some mysterious teasers, Toyota has now unveiled the new TRD Pro Series, which is a bespoke off-road treatment for Tundra, Tacoma and 4Runner models. All models share the same sort of styling and suspension components, but each also gets its own unique features.

The Tundra TRD Pro Series comes with TRD-tuned springs with 2″ lift for the front of the vehicle, specially-tuned springs for better ride quality, 18-inch alloy wheels in black with Michelin ORP tires, and TRD dual exhaust system.

Visually, the pickup truck gets TRD PRO quarter panel bed stamping, color-coded seats with red stitching, and unique instruments.

The SUV of the bunch, the 4Runner TRD Pro, gets a modest 1.5″ lift for the front and 1″ of additional wheel travel. It comes with 17-inch black wheels and has front and rear lower bumper accents.

TRD Pro Series treatment is more about street cred than off-road prowess, which is why all models come with front grille with “TOYOTA” badging like the early models, TRD skid plates and special badging, as well as TRD floor mats and shift knobs. They all look as cool as they are to play with.
