Two days ago Hyundai released the first official sketch of the all-new 2015 Sonata to show us what the new mid-size sedan looks like. It seems they are in a bit of a hurry to launch the thing, as they have now released an official sketch of the interior. 2015 Hyundai Sonata will be launched in Korea at the end of this month.
As expected, the new Hyundai Sonata is inspired rather heavily by the new Genesis, inside and out. The car boasts the same sort of design as the big daddy with Hyundai’s signature grille dominating the front, flanked by two neatly designed headlights. Also like the Genesis, the Sonata has more straight and sober lines than the previous model, which was excessively curvy.
The interior too has a whiff of Genesis about it. In fact, the dashboard appears to be lifted straight out of that car, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Let’s hope the Sonata is also as well-equipped as the Genesis sedan, which is one of the most technologically-advanced cars of its segment.
