In order to keep the current generation of the Freelander nice and fresh so it can keep it up for another year of market presence, Land Rover has given it a rather comprehensive upgrade. You get new exterior and interior appointments, as well as new specifications and styling packages.

2015 Land Rover Freelander comes with an updated HSE Luxury trim, which on the outside features body-coloured sills, door handles and mirror caps and bright Atlas-coloured finish to the grille and vents, as well as a set of 19-inch wheels. Interior changes are limited, and include 8/6-way adjustable Windsor leather electric seats and Grand Black lacquer accenting on the doors and the steering wheel.

The Freelander XS meanwhile introduces new features to the range, chief among which Dark Atlas grille bars and side vents and 17″ Anthracite wheels. They are complemented by body-coloured sills, door handles and mirror caps.

The XS benefits from a more substantial interior treatment, with leather electric seats, 6/4-way adjustment, front and rear armrests and power lumbar support for the driver, available in Ebony/Lunar and Almond/Nutmeg, and an available package including 380W Meridian audio system, rain sensing windscreen wipers, automatic headlamps, automatic climate control and illuminated vanity mirrors.

Lastly, there is a new Dynamic Exterior Pack available for the 2015 Land Rover Freelander, consisting of a roof spoiler, bright exhaust tailpipe finishers, and gloss black finish to the grille, side vents, and bonnet & tailgate scripts, as well as 19″ gloss black 10-spoke wheels.
