Designed for 2005-2014 Ford Mustang, the upgrades are strictly visual, except or the battery charger which is basically a fix.
The list of the new Shelby Performance Parts accessories include the Shelby 1000 Hood, the Shelby Hydrocarbon Engine Cover with Painted Accents to for 2011 and newer 5.0L V8 models, and the Shelby Performance Parts Battery Charger & Maintainer that was developed to solve a broad range of battery-related problems.
They also offer the Shelby Heritage Collection Build Completion Banners featuring original Shelby art for your garage, including the 2007-08 Shelby GT, 2008-09 Shelby GT500KR, Shelby GT500 40th Anniversary, and Shelby Super Snake.
The new Shelby parts can improve the looks of your Mustang no end if chosen wisely. The Shelby 1000 Hood – suitable for 2010-2014 Shelby GT500 and 2013-2014 Ford Mustang GT or V6 – for instance, gives the car a “sleeper” look. It comes in proper height and profile to fit any 4.0L Shelby/Ford Racing/Whipple or Kenne Bell supercharger.
The Shelby Hydrocarbon engine cover meanwhile comes with 13 different accent color options and is finished in hydrocarbon, then painted with Ford-matched color accents and sealed with gloss clearcoat.
