The current Porsche Cayman is a fine looking car, but it’s not exactly coachbuilt material. You have to have a keen artist’s eye to see that potential in it; something the designers at StudioTorino have in abundance. This is the Moncenisio, which is their idea of a coachbuilt Cayman.

Almost every panel in the StudioTorino Moncenisio Porsche Cayman is modified. At the front you have the new-look apron made from carbon fiber, continuing with new sills and skirts, and ending up in a bespoke rear bumper a net diffuser and central exhausts.

The highlight of the design, however, is the shape of the quarter panels, roof and the rear window, along with the engine cover. That is where the real art is. It is subtle, and maybe even no different than the standard car to an uninterested eye. But those who know what they’re looking at will marvel at the exquisiteness of the thing.

Other bits and bobs setting the StudioTorino Moncenisio Porsche Cayman further apart as a coachbuilt car include new wheels, custom exhaust system, and sports seats with hand-stitched Italian leather.

StudioTorino’s Cayman is limited to 19 units, each priced at 145,000 Euros.
