One of the most important events of the year for Jeep and their fans is the Moab Easter Jeep Safari tour. In it teams from the company join enthusiasts and spend days in the swamp, driving around and winching each other out of trouble. But that’s not why it is so important.
The reason for that is due to the fact that each year Jeep brings along a number of concepts and prototypes to the Moab Easter Jeep Safari, present them to the fans and ask for their feedback. Many of these concepts will then make it into production, often as limited edition models.
Jeep has now confirmed the dates for this year’s Safari event, which will run from April 12 to 20 in Moab, Utah, and revealed teaser shots of two of the concepts that will be shown there. They are the Jeep Wrangler MOJO and the Jeep Cherokee Dakar.
These cars will be joined by four other concepts each tuned and modified and even caricaturized a bit by teams of engineers from Chrysler and Mopar. We will be covering the event and bring you details and pictures of all of them.
