Fiat announced that the long-awaited Abarth 695 biposto will finally make it son-road debut during the sixteenth edition of the “Gumball 3000” rally, where it attends as the official car of the rally. It’s the first time that an official car has been appointed for Gumball and nobody’s sure what it really means!

It doesn’t really matter what Abarth 695 biposto is supposed to do as the official car of the Gumball rally, as long as it gets out there and flex its 190 horsepower muscles. This car is one of the hottest versions of Abarth Fiat 500, boasting a 1.4 T-Jet engine and a dry weight of just 997 kg. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds and has a top speed of 140 mph.

It is going to be hard to the biposto to attract attention among all the supercars taking part in Gumball, but it is not an obscure car, what with the cheeky Abarth body kit, large wheels, red brake calipers, and the matt gunmetal grey paint work.
