As a main sponsor of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Hyundai has come up with a number of special edition models to mark the big event. These Europe-only World Cup Special Edition models are based on the ix35 and i30 and come with a number of extra features fitted as standard.

The first model is the Hyundai ix35 Go! which comes with £1,500 worth of extra kit, including 18” alloy wheels, panorama sunroof and privacy glass, as well as black gloss door mirrors and Go! badges on the door pillars. There is also a Go! SE version which adds to the above heated steering wheel, front parking sensors and Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.

Hyundai ix35 World Cup Special Edition is limited to 550 units for the Go! and 150 unit for the Go! SE. Prices start from £20,750 and £23,000 respectively.

The next World Cup Special Edition is based on the i30 hatchback. Here too we have two versions, the i30 Go! SE and Go! SE Panorama. They both come with Go! Badge, alloy wheels, electric folding black gloss exterior door mirrors with integral LED indicators, privacy glass, anti-trap mechanism on all electric windows and LED tail lights. The Panorama only adds a panoramic sunroof and 17-inch alloys.

Engine-wise, the Go! SE will be available on the 1.4 100PS petrol and the 1.6 CRDi 110PS diesel, while the Go! SE Panorama can be had with the 1.6 120PS Petrol and the 1.6 CRDi 110PS diesel. Prices start from £16,000 and £17,300 respectively.
