They apparently wanted to keep this one under wraps, but a couple of leaked photos reveal the latest one-off Ferrari built in secrecy for a wealthy customer. This unnamed customer has reportedly paid a staggering $4.2 million for this Ferrari F12 TRS, which is essentially a tuned F12.
With the dawn of million dollar hyper cars, car makers suddenly realized there are a lot of people willing to blow huge piles of cash on unique cars. Almost all exotic car makers offer at least one multimillion dollar product these days, as if they are trying to make as much money as possible before the next recession hits and sales of high-end cars come to a halt.
What this Ferrari F12 TRS (name has not been confirmed yet) offers for $4.2 million is a rebodied F12 Berlinetta with unique bumpers, lights, bonnet, and rear end design, plus a Targa roof. Rumor has it the TRS is also fitted with a KERS system for its V12 engine, So the power output is probably a lot more than the standard 730 horsepower.
That’s all we know about the Ferrari F12 TRS one-off right now. Ferrari may release some sort of official statement regarding this car now that the cat is out of the bag, so stay tuned.
