Porsche is making a lot of fuss about their return to Le Mans this year, but it is righteous fuss. After all, they’ve been absent for 16 years from a race which they have won 16 times, more than any other team ever. The latest effort to mark this occasion is the launch of the Porsche 911 Martini Racing Edition.

Martini Racing colors is one of the coolest and most popular liveries in the world of motorsport and Porsche have exclusive rights to use them. Until now, Martini colors were only offered as an expensive option for the 918 hyper car, but now you can have on them on a 911 thanks to this limited edition model.

Porsche 911 Martini Racing Edition is based on the Carrera S version, powered by a 3.8-litre flat six-cylinder engine with 400 hp. Equipped with a PDK transmission, the car accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, while averaging 8.7 liter per 100 km.

Set to go on sale in Europe later this month, the Porsche 911 Martini Racing Edition comes only in monochrome body colours white and black, with the boot lid, roof section, rear wing and vehicle’s sides accentuated by the “Martini Racing Design” decor set. This model also features the Aerokit Cup consisting of front and rear spoilers.
