So a while ago Autocar’s Steve Sutcliffe drove the new Porsche Cayman GTS and feel in love with it completely. In fact, he loved it so much, he decided to drive it again. Well, not the exact same car, but the Boxster GTS, which is basically the same but with a soft top.
Now, this is interesting, because now that he had driven both Porsche Boxster GTS and Cayman GTS, Steve can tell you which one feels better. In the end, though, it all comes down to your preference – whether you like coupes more than convertibles or vice versa.
Porsche Boxster GTS comes with standard PASM and Sport Chrono package and features 235/35 front tyres and 265/35 rear tyres on 20-inch-wheels in Carrera S design. The 3.4 liter flat-six engine in the Boxster GTS delivers 340 hp (250 kW), which combined with the optional Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) and active Sport Plus button, takes the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds.
