It is fair to say that 9 out of 10 people who buy expensive supercars have no other purpose than showing off. That’s fair enough. You work hard – or your father does – you make good money, and you want people to know about it. Be careful though, because this mindset might make you look like a colossal fool.
That’s what happened to the owner of this Ferrari 458 Spider. He drunkenly got behind the wheel of his red Ferrari in Jurmala, Latvia, crashed into a gate, and hit a tree. This is what the car looked like afterwards:
Unfortunate incidents like this aside, Jurmala is establishing itself as a supercar heaven in Eastern Europe. This summer the seaside city is playing host a huge number of high-end supercars – we’re guessing not many of natives – including this very fine purple Rolls-Royce Wraith.
