As you may know, we are not big fans of gold wheels because they are ostentatiousness itself, and therefore uncool. But now HRE Wheels is showing us a new take on gold wheels with a brushed finish, and we have to say it looks rather exquisite.

These brushed gold HRE Wheels is showcased here on a Porsche 911 (991) Turbo cabriolet in black; a color that helps the wheels stand out. The rims belong to HRE P101 series and boast a wide five double-spoke design that does a good job of showing off the car’s yellow brake calipers and carbon ceramic discs. Yellow calipers on a Porsche are a telltale sign of ceramic brakes option.

Porsche 991 Turbo is powered by a 3.8 liter flat-six engine that makes 520 horsepower in standard and 560 horsepower in Turbo S guise. The car comes with a seven-speed PDK transmission and all-wheel-drive, plus a whole host of Porsche electronic systems including PASM.
