With the introduction of the Aston Martin Vanquish a couple of years ago, the DBS model kind of lost its sparkle and faded into obscurity. That’s a shame, because as you can see here the car still has a lot to live for. The DBS is still one of the all-time best-looking cars in the world.

This gorgeous Aston Martin DBS Coupe has been the subject of a casual photoshoot somewhere in Carolles Plage in South of France. It features a color known in Aston’s book as ‘Hardly Green’ and gunmetal grey wheels, plus an all-black interior.

These photos will give you a good look at the DBS’ unique styling features and what sets it apart from a DB9. You can see the exposed carbon fiber aero kit n details, from the front spoiler lip to the rear diffuser, and the difference a clear taillight makes in the way the car looks.

Aston Martin DBS is powered by a 6.0 liter V12 engine which started out life as two Ford Mondeo V6s welded together, and is still in existence today in the Vanquish and the V12 Vantage.
