It is not Aston Martin’s style to dillydally around too much. So after an intriguing teaser two days ago about a new model, today they revealed the car in full glory. Actually, they revealed the cars, as there are two different editions, both of them available as coupe and Volante – all of them based on the Vanquish.

We are talking about the new Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition, available in black and white. These limited edition models features special exterior and interior appointments and lots of carbon fiber. It is aerospace-grade carbon fiber Aston has used for this model, formed in the most beautiful way possible to garnish the cars’ front and rear ends.

Some of the styling features on Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition are quite subtle, but they make a huge impact on the way it looks. The black side window surrounds or the black headlight eyebrows are among these features. There is also a set of new 10-spoke gloss black wheels which look fantastic – much better than what you get with the standard Vanquish.

Other highlights of the Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition include red brake calipers, dark leather interior with contrast stitching, exclusive carbon fiber trim pieces with unique pattern, and silken black anodized speaker grilles.

Performance-wise, the Carbon Edition is the same as a standard model, meaning it is powered by an old but powerful and sweet-sounding 6.0 liter V12 engine developing 568 bhp. Mated to an 8-speed Touchtronic transmission, the engine makes possible a 0-60 time of 3.6 seconds and a top speed of 201 mph.
