McLaren Newport Beach is now of the most active dealers of the British supercar maker, having delivered their 7th P1 hyper car this past weekend. Newport’s 7th McLaren P1 is chassis number 161, finished in a plain yet special Alaskan Diamond White paint job.

Now, usually when McLaren P1 customers opt for a plain old color lit this, they ask MSO, McLaren’s special operations division, to have all the carbon bits finished in the body color. That gives the P1 a rather unique look, as seen with this awesome red example.

This Alaskan McLaren P1 does features MSO parts, but they are subtle and understated. Only people who know what they’re looking at notice the MSO bits on this car.

The most notable MSO features on this P1 include: Gloss Black wheels, Carbon Fiber Instrument Cluster Top, Carbon Fiber Vent Bezels, Red painted “P1” logo on Carbon Fiber Engine Cover, Red “P1” embroidery on Seats, “Stealth” finish Rear Deck Vents, “Stealth” finish on Exhaust Tip Bumper Guard, and Titanium Exhaust Tip.

As a reminder, McLaren P1 is powered by a hybrid system consisting of a 3.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine and an electric motor supplied by a battery pack underneath the passenger compartment. The system has a combined output of 916 horsepower, and the ability to drive for around 20 miles on electricity alone.
