Porsche 991 Targa Looks Mean in Matte Black

So yesterday we showed you a very unique version of the new Porsche 991 Targa 4S spotted on the road rocking a magnificent purple/brown paint job. Now let’s check out the car in a totally different color for comparison purposes.

Here’s a Porsche 991 Targa wrapped in matte black by Print Tech. The benign Porsche changes  character in this color and becomes a totally different animal. While a nice metallic paint job makes the 991 look all nice and luxurious, an aggressive one like matte black makes it mean and extremely serious. If we’re honest we have to say we prefer the latter.

In wrapping this Targa, Print Tech decided to leave the silver targa bar untouched, but they did smoke the headlights and replaced the taillights with clear lens version from the GT3. They have fitted the car with a set of modern FUCHS wheels, last seen on the 997 Sport Classic.

Whether you go for the matte black or one of the fancy colors offered by Porsche Exclusive, Porsche 991 Targa comes only as a 4S four-wheel-drive 911. You do have the option to choose between the 350hp engine and he the 400hp S engine, and manual or PDK transmissions.
