A man from Israel who was rich enough to buy a Ferrari F430, but not rich enough to buy an Enzo, decided to solve his problems by re-bodying the 430 and making a Ferrari Enzo replica out of it. He’s done a cracking job, but he now wants to sell his one of a kind creation.
The only problem is, he is asking for $400,000 USD for his Ferrari Enzo replica. And we don’t mean it’s a problem because it’s too much. The thing is, people who can afford to spend $400K on a car are not the kind who use replicas. They don’t have anything replica in their lives. So who in their right mind is going to blow up all that cash on something that is so obviously a fake? No rich guy is going to embarrass himself driving a replica of a million dollar car.
What’s more, if they can afford $400K, chances are they can spend a million and get the real thing (we do realize that dealer are asking $2M these days for the Enzo, but private cars are way cheaper).
All that said, the guy deserves a pat on the back for the meticulous job he’s done crafting this Ferrari Enzo replica, apparently, out of carbon fiber. The mechanicals are unchanged, meaning there is a 4.3 liter V8 under the bonnet, churning nearly 500 horsepower. The car has about 4,000 miles on the clock.
