Celebrating their fruitful partnership with the James Bond movie franchise for the billionth time, Aston Martin is hosting these days a special display of some of James Bond’s most famous cars in London’s Covent Garden. It is called Bond in Motion and it offers a rare up close look at real Bond cars actually used in the movies.
Of course, Bond in Motion would have been a very small exhibition if they only showed Bond cars in it. After all, there aren’t that many of them. So the organizers hooked up with Aston Martin Owners Club and these guys brought along a significant number of classic and modern Astons and livened up the show a bit further.
But the real highlight of Bond in Motion exhibition, marking its first anniversary at the London Film Museum, remains the largest collection of original Bond vehicles in the world. Visitors to the Covent Garden will get to see original Aston Martin Vanquish from Die Another Day, as well as the iconic Aston Martin DBS sports cars used in Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. Yes, the DB5 is there too, but the new Aston Martin DB10, the star of SPECTRE, is nowhere to be seen.
