We have seen out fair share of the Porsche 991 GT3 in all sorts of colors, even exclusive ones like this baby blue. But we have now come across what we think is the most perfect color for this car, and it is the least glamorous, most sober color of them all: silver!
Granted, silver may not be the right color for a sports car, any sports car, but it is exactly because of this that that a silver Porsche 991 GT3 looks so awesome. Here we have one of the most serious performance machines money can buy, featuring a massive aero kit with carbon splitter and a fixed rear wing, and it is painted in the color of an executive saloon.
Regardless of the contrast between the character of the car and its color, silver does indeed look good on the Porsche 991 GT3. It kind of brings out all the good features of the car’s styling and make them pop. It looks seriously cool. If we’re ever buying a GT3, it’ll be in silver. Except we won’t buying a GT3, because the new Cayman GT4 has rendered all other Porsche sports cars completely pointless!
