As the sportiest member of the its family, Porsche Panamera GTS has earned the right to wear fancy colors. Even the press photos Porsche releases for this version are always in bright shades of red. Taking this to another level, German wrapper Print Tech has come up with a Candy Red finish for this car.
It is amazing that after all these years Porsche Panamera still looks rather weird. And that is doubly true in the case of this Porsche Panamera GTS with its look-at-me candy red wrap. That said, if any version of this car can rock such a color it’s the GTS, as it comes with a number of styling features that lend themselves better to such treatment than, say, a Panamera Turbo.
The GTS features sportier bumpers than normal and Turbo models, boasting a large air intake, side vents, head light bezels, and a more prominent rear spoiler, all of them in gloss black which makes a nice contrast with the metallic finish of this candy wrap. The tailpipes are blacked-out as well, which is a nice touch. We think the wheels should have been finished in black too. Maybe that’s the next stage!
Porsche Panamera GTS is powered by a 4.8-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine, delivering 430 hp and 520 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in under 4.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 288 km/h.
