Alfa Romeo Giulia Rendered as a Wagon

Alfa Romeo Giulia Sportwagon 600x324 at Alfa Romeo Giulia Rendered as a Wagon

The all-new Alfa Romeo Giulia is going to make headlines for a foreseeable future thanks to its awesome looks and the more than awesome 510-hp, Ferrari-powered QV model. So it comes as no surprise that mere hours after its debut we get to see a wagon version of the Giulia in this beautiful rendering.

The Alfa Romeo Giulia SportWagon you see here is the work of famed designer X-Tomi who has apparently drawn inspiration from the old 159 wagon for this. The Giulia is indeed the spiritual successor to the Alfa 159 and looks just as charming. The car loses none of its charm in getting transformed into an estate.

The idea of a wagon version of the Alfa Romeo Giulia is not outlandish at all. In fact, it is very likely that the base versions of the car get a station wagon variant. The Giulia is pitched as the most important car Alfa has launched in decades and as such it is only logical for the car maker to expand its range and make as many variants of it as they reasonably can.

What is slightly less likely is the possibility of an Alfa Romeo Giulia SportWagon Quadrifoglio with the same 510 horsepower V6 engine that is offered in the sedan version. But who knows. Maybe if BMW goes ahead and makes that M3 Wagon we all know they secretly want to build, Alfa would green-light the high-performance wagon
