Filling in for Jeremy Clarkson who usually writes the reviews for Sunday Times Driving, James May heads to Italy to drives the new Ferrari 488 GTB. Captain Slow is the right man for the job since he has owned a Ferrari F430, which he traded in for a 458 Italia, which he has now replaced with a 458 Speciale.
So will the Ferrari 488 GTB be good enough for May to cancel the Speciale order and put his name down for one of these? To find out, Mr Slowly goes for a drive on the hills surrounding Ferrari factory in Maranello before enjoying a few laps of their private Fiorano test track:
