These days the words Wide Body are associated mostly with Liberty Walk body kits, especially as more and more tuners are imitating them. But looking at a ‘normal’ wide body kit make you realize that those LB-Works kits are way too overdone. This Porsche Cayman Wide Body here features a regular kit and it looks fantastic.

Granted, LB’s style of adding to the width of the car is somewhat easier and more straight-forward as they just attach their wide fenders to the cars and don’t even bother hiding the bolts and rivets – in fact, they use them as a styling feature – whereas a treatment like this would require a great deal of body works including welding, sanding, filling and sanding again. But you have to admit the end result is well worth the effort.

Not that any of this actually matters in the case of this gorgeous Porsche Cayman Wide Body, because it is just a rendering by Bengala Automotive Design and nobody has as yet volunteered to produce it. The car sits on a set of matte black Forgiato wheels and benefits from a prominent aero kit as well. Come to think of it, Forgiato is very much into extreme cars. Maybe they should take up the challenge and build this car!
