It was the Christmas of 2015 when the limited edition McLaren 650S Nurburgring 24H first appeared under the radar. Then it got of kind of obscured by all the other exciting things that were happening with McLaren in the first half of the year. Now the guys at McLarne Munich, who were the ones to commission this model in the first, are bringing it back.

That does not mean you have a very good chance of acquiring a McLaren 650S Nurburgring 24H Edition. This heavily MSO’d model is limited to only 8 units worldwide, and chances are they are all sold by now. But get in touch with McLaren Munich, maybe they can find you one. They commissioned this model after a McLaren GT3 from Doerr Motorsport set a Nurburgring record of 8 min 10 seconds.

McLaren 650S Nurburgring 24H Edition is for those who are more interested in substance than appearance. On the surface this car appears to be an ordinary white 650S Spider with some aftermarket wheels. But upon closer inspection you notice all the amazing little MSO details that set this edition apart from normal model. It features MSO carbon fiber rear diffuser, front splitter and side blades, brake calipers in McLaren Orange and special Nurburgring 24H edition plaques.

Moving inside, you will find the cabin is wrapped predominantly in carbon black leather and Alcantara, and garnished with orange seat belts and stitching. Carbon fiber trims and a 1 of 8 dedication plaque are among the other highlights here.
