Back by popular demand, says Dodge, the Plum Crazy color option has become available again for a limited run on 2016 Dodge Challenger and Charger models, including the Hellcat models. It joins the new Challenger 392 HEMI Scat Pack Shaker and Charger R/T Scat Pack in Dodge’s special edition range.
A 1970’s color, Plum Crazy is part of Dodge heritage like HEMI, but they tend not to overuse it so as to preserve the color’s specialness. It’s basically just purple, but it’s a unique shade of purple whose lightness and vivacity makes a nice contrast with the macho and muscular design of the Challenger and Charger.
2016 Plum Crazy Challenger and Charger will debut at this year’s Woodward Dream Cruise in Royal Oak, Michigan.
