Some say high-end sports cars with immense track capability, such as Porsche 911 and BMW M4, are predominantly bought by the extremely geeky type who have great appreciation for racing line and gear ratios, but no taste at all for style and culture. Well, this Porsche 991 GT3 Art Car begs to differ.

Spotted in Amsterdam, this white Porsche 991 GT3 Art Car actually features an artsy wrap which is designed to promote some sort of art exhibition. So it’s not a real art car, but that’s beside the point. The fact that they picked the GT3 as a promo car shows that it’s not your average gearhead’s tech fest of a car. It has class enough to promote an event which, judging by what we can see in the wrap, includes bare-chested women, Jamaican waiters, angry lions, and children on crack. Sounds like a helluva event!

All that said, we know that the real GT3 lovers are going to need some facts and figures about the car, so here it goes:

  • 3.8-litre flat engine with 475 hp (350 kW)
  • Porsche seven-speed dual-clutch transmission (PDK)
  • Rear wheel drive
  • 0-100 km/h: 3.5 s
  • Top speed: 315 km/h
  • MSRP $130,400
