As you may know from our first report on Rennsport Reunion V, this year the lineup of vintage and racing Porsches at Laguna Seca is simply mind blowing. But Never mind any of those. You have to go see the even if just for this magnificent, Le Mans-winning 1998 Porsche 911 GT1.
Just like the restored 917 which got a proper shakedown prior to hitting Rennsport Reunion V, this Porsche 911 GT1 was sent out to the track to flex its muscle in the hands of Porsche Works driver David Donohue:
