Ferrari F12 Speciale Caught on the Road in Maranello

Once again we get to see the hotly anticipated Ferrari F12 Speciale – which for all we know could be GTO instead of Specaile – this time in a video that shows the car out and about in Ferrari city, Maranello. The car is still heavily camo’d, but the footage is clear enough to see that it gets a new front end design and a revised back end.

And those are in addition to all the new side vents and aero parts Ferrari F12 Speciale gets. The car is shaping up to look like a completely different beast than the Berlinetta.

As for the technicalities, Ferrari F12 Specaile is obviously going to be harder, faster, and overall more hard-core than the standard F12, which isn’t necessarily a good thing. The word is the Speciale/GTO is packing close to 800 horsepower, and it is still a rear-wheel-drive car with a sharp and nervous steering. We’re not saying it’ll be undrivable, but it should close to that. Unless Ferrari has come up with a new electronic driving aid system that’ll make everything nice and gooey.
