Dutch dealership Auto Leitner has taken delivery of an absolutely unique Ultraviolet Porsche 991 GT3 RS. Yep, that’s what Porsche calls this shade of purple, according to their online configurator. It’s an astoundingly beautiful color and we’ve heard it looks even more awesome in the flesh.
This much beauty and uniqueness does not come cheap. Ultraviolet is a special color option worth $3,140. Then again, if you have already spent $175,900 on a brand-new 2015 GT3 RS, another three grand on the top is probably nothing to you. This particular Ultraviolet Porsche 991 GT3 RS comes with a two-tone black and white interior which makes the whole thing even more yummy.
If we owned this car, we would spend our days just ogling it in the garage. But those who might want to take it for a spin will be treated to another great aspect of the GT3 RS, which is its 500 horsepower flat-six engine, mated to a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch gearbox. As you know, manual transmission has been this continued for this generation of the RS. This, along with the electric steering, has pissed off many a Porsche purists, but the company doesn’t really care. Their cars are still selling like hot cakes.
