Even Bugatti didn’t play around this much and unveiled their Vision GT Concept weeks ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show where they will showcase a real life model of the car. But Hyundai, they are making a big fuss about the whole thing. The mysterious Hyundai Vision Gran Turismo is not going to show itself until the very last minute.

Hyundai has gone to the trouble of designing a new motor show booth for the 2015 Frankfurt International Motor Show inspired by their current design language which they say embodies the spirit of a ‘Modern Premium’ look. The design of the booth incorporates bold diagonal and straight lines and it features LED screen as well as lounge features and floors. The Korean car maker will introduce a new performance sub-brand at the IAA, which explains all these shenanigans.

That creates the ideal place to unveil a model of the Hyundai Vision Gran Turismo virtual concept which will soon become available in Gran Turismo 6 video game. The design of the concept, inspired by aeronautics and fighter jets, offers a peek into the Hyundai brand’s unique perspective on future performance cars. Besides the N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo, Hyundai will showcase at the IAA the New Generation i20 WRC car, which will compete in the 2016 World Rally Championship, and the Vision G coupe they unveiled a while back.

David Fitzpatrick, PR Director at Hyundai Motor Europe, commented: “Visitors to the 2015 IAA will see a wide-ranging showcase of new models, concept cars and innovative technology from Hyundai Motor. Through our livestream broadcast and our new Newsroom channel, we will be able to share the experience with media, fans and enthusiasts around the world.”
