Porsche first brought the Martini racing livery to the world of road cars for the 918 Spyder. But it proved such as popular option, they have extended it to the GT3 models. We’ve seen a fair few 991 GT3s in these colors, but I think I’m right in saying this is the first Porsche 991 GT3 RS Martini spotted in the wild.

The Martini colors suit the character of the GT3 RS a lot better than the normal GT3, what with the RS being, in essence, a 911 RSR racing car with some cushier seats and air condition. You turn up at any track day with a Porsche 991 GT3 RS Martini, you are instantly the absolute boss of that session, mostly because it’s a ballsy move bringing a rare and expensive cars like the GT3 RS to a track day!

The 2016 GT3 RS is in such demand these days, dealers are said to be putting hefty premiers are the units they had pre-ordered. The base price of this car from the factory is $175K, but it is impossible finding a brand-new one out there for less than 200 grand. And it’s worth in Europe.

And we’re talking about a normal GT3. This Porsche 991 GT3 RS Martini with its fancy paint work and carbon ceramic brakes probably costs an arm and a leg more than an ordinary model.
