GMG Racing Porsche 991 GT3 RS Is Preposterously Loud!

There are a lot of good thing about the Porsche 991 GT3 RS, but exhaust note is not one of them. The noise the car’s flat-six engine makes is by no means terrible, but it’s not as sporty as a supercar like this deserves. That’s a problem that could easily be rectified with an aftermarket exhaust system. But be careful. It’s even easier to get carried away.

That, we reckon, is what’s happened here. The owner of this Porsche 991 GT3 RS was clearly not happy with the way his car sounded and so he sent it to the guys at GMG Racing. They installed their top-of-the-line Racing exhaust system on this RS and the result is… well, you better check it out for yourself:

Now, this exhaust system is called ‘Racing’ for a reason. It is not intended for road use. That said, this GT3 RS has number plates and it’s a perfectly legal car to drive on the road. So you can have this system on your road car if you want to. But don’t, because for one thing your ears will start to bleed on the trip home, and you’ll ruin everyone’s day in the neighborhood.
