German tuner TIP-Exclusive truly believes the old Porsche 997 Turbo still has a lot to live for, and they decided to put this fact in perspective by giving the car an extreme makeover. The Cabrio 997 Turbo they have modified here is one of the most sportiest examples of this model we’ve ever seen.
TIP’s Porsche 997 Turbo Cabriolet does not get much in the way power upgrade, as the focus of this program has been on the styling front. In that aspect though, it gets a thorough treatment beginning with a complete and completely sick wrap, a new set of wheels, suspension upgrade, and a subtle and elegant aero kit.
The aero kit on this car comes from Techart and consists of a front spoiler lip, side skirts, rear diffuser insert and a big rear wing. The kit is complemented with a set of 20-inch Schmiederäder wheels, themselves backed by KW professional coilover suspension system. The whole thing is then wrapped in a special design with red, black, and gold accents – a theme mirrored on the wheels as well.
