New Porsche Panamera 0 600x377 at New Porsche Panamera Officially Teased

Prototypes of the all-new 2017 Porsche Panamera are being spotted these days left and right as the car gears up for its debut. Letting us know that it’s close, Porsche has now dropped an official and fairly dramatic teaser video.

If you are hoping for some sort of miracle and expect the new Porsche Panamera to have suddenly become a beautiful car, we’re afraid you are going to be disappointed. The new Panamera looks pretty much the same as the hold one save for some slight nip and tuck here and there. It comes with revised headlights and new taillights as well as redesigned bumpers, but that’s about it. The design of the body will remain largely intact.

What you can look forward to is the interior which is said to be substantially improved, and hopefully simplified, over the current model. Also, as is the case with every new German car, the 2017 Porsche Panamera features a host of technical improvements chief among which a new platform that is said to be nearly 100kg lighter than the current model. Needless to say the engine will all be upgraded a well, although which units from the current range will make it to the next model is yet to be revealed.
