As I’m sure you recall, a while ago Pennzoil released a superb video of a Ferrari 488 joyriding on a race circuit with driving god Rhys Millen. Now they are back with an offroad version of that clip featuring the Ferrari of rough terrain, a custom Jeep Wrangler Rubicon lubricated with Pennzoil Synthetics.

Whoever came up with the idea to promote Pennzoil products in this manner is genius and deserves a fat bonus. It makes the company look cool and contemporary in the eyes of the modern audience and gets it a ton of shares on the social media. It is almost enough to make people forego their prejudices against large petroleum firms. Almost.

This video also serves as a testimony to Mr Millen’s superb driving skills which apparently know no bounds. Whether its drifting or circuit racing or navigating highly technical offroad courses, this dude handles the job with so much finesse you’d think he’s riding a tricycle in the park!
